This video reworks time-lapse sequences shot on Super-8 from the 6th floor of the Abiwin Co-op in downtown Ottawa in September and October 1996. This north-facing view most likely still exists despite the number of high-rise condominiums have gone up in this area in the intervening years. A companion piece from the spring of 1997 will be completed soon.
